Greek Yogurt Bark

You’re just 3-ingredients away from this delicious high protein summer treat!

Greek yogurt is one of my favorite protein sources, especially for breakfast! But during the summer months, I also love to freeze it into a refreshing and icy treat!

This recipe uses just 3 ingredients:

  • Greek yogurt

  • Blueberries

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

Nutritionally, each serving clocks in at around 130 calories, 4.5 grams fat, 11 grams carbohydrates and 12 grams protein!

Not a fan of blueberry or coconut? Try these delicious combos instead!

  • Strawberry yogurt with crushed pistachios

  • Vanilla yogurt drizzled with PB and mini chocolate chips

  • Vanilla yogurt drizzled with honey and crush pistachios

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek Yogurt Of Choice
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 3 tbsps. Unsweetened Coconut Flakes

Instructions

  1. Line an edged sheet pan with plastic wrap or parchment paper.
  2. Evenly spread out yogurt of choice and add toppings.
  3. Freeze for two hours.
  4. Break into bark and enjoy! Return any uneaten bark to the freezer.
