Ah sweet summer time. Growing up in a small agriculturally focused town I remember spending summers picking fresh berries from local farms. Given the abundance of fresh fruit, I was always looking for ways to use it all up. What started as a bowl of fruit, covered in yogurt and cool whip, evolved into this delicious Greek yogurt dip.

Made with just 3 ingredients, this fruit dip is not only delicious and simple to make but extremely versatile as well!

  • Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla Greek Yogurt

  • Lite Cool Whip

  • Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix

Nutrition wise, each serving contains:

  • 12 grams protein

Variations:

  • Add 2 tbsp of PB2 (or peanut butter powder for choice)
